Sproles and Cedric Benson?

In a 10 team Yahoo league (15 players), are these two worth having on your roster? I've checked out a couple of drafts and neither of these two were even picked. Are they not worth a spot as a RB4?

Benson should be on a roster. Odds are that last years showing was an abberation, but if not Cedric Benson could put up some very nice numbers. He could become a bye week filler or tradeable.

You should add scoring settings, and you may want to try the draft, trade, waivers forum for bettter responses.

And welcome to the Cafe. Browse around the ranking areas, as well, to get a gauge on Cafe mock drafts and rankings. GL.

Benson as a #4 RB yes thats value. I think Benson is trash. He has never done anything...ever! But I would take him as a 4th RB who could end up an ok flex or very low end #2.
