Post Draft Advice

I am fairly new to fantasy football, this is only my second season (after a dreadful first season). I have had a pretty good draft, but i'm in need of a solid qb.

I am in a 12 man standard format league (start 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 1te, 1k and 1dst).

My squad at the moment is:
Carson Palmer,
Matt Forte,
Chris Johnson,
Calvin Johnson,
Dwayne Bowe,
Dustin Keller,
Eli Manning,
Shaun Hill,
Jamal Lewis,
Beanie Wells,
Desean Jackson,
Santana Moss,
Jason Elam
Cowboys.

Who would you advice I trade to try and move up the qb ladder? or any other tips to improve my team?

I like your team the way it is Palmer has a chance to be a good value qb where his numbers will out produce his draft position.

Manning has been getting better every year and he should be more than a capable bye week or matchup replcement even with the loss of Plax.
