2) Redraft - Perfect
3) PPR or not - don't matter - Non-ppr
4) QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K, DST. Additional WR or a flex is fine. - Qb, Wr, Wr, Wr, Rb, Rb Te, K, Dst would be perfect.
5) Any site as long as it's easy to use and clean cut.

Yes, it's different. It's PPR and has flex + IR.

What about the other guys in the league? Don't they get a vote?

Either way, I'm not sure there is an IR option. I just looked at the settings and only saw it referred twice:
Total On Bench: 7 (0 IR)
and
Cost to Move Player to IR: $0

If you are not allowed to put a player on your bench on IR, than maybe there is no IR.

BTW - when are the rest of the guys gonna sign up? How many more do we need?

i don't know if this league is going to make.

one guy is not very computer savvy, and hasn't signed up. a couple are just lazy, and I can't get them to do it. and, even with them, we still only have 7 at this point.

i'm not real confident. we need more players.
