Special league wanted - $100+

Maybe someone out there thinks like I do. Here is the league I'm looking for:

Type - Auction or draft. Redraft preferred or keeper league with <2 keepers allowed
Fee - At least $100. Not more than $500

Starters - It must have 2 starting QB's or a flex position that allows for a 2nd starting QB. It's the most important position in football, but most fantasy rules treat QB's about as high as kickers. I don't get that.

Scoring - no PPR.

Defense - If your league has a defense (no IDP), you may not have any scoring associated with points allowed. By far, the most ridiculous stat in all of fantasy. I have the Ravens defense, Joe Flacco throws 2 picks returned for TD's, and Rice fumbles on his own 4 that is converted to another TD. That's 21 points against my defense which gave up 4 yards. I can't believe this is a scoring category . . .anywhere.
