Looks like the promising rookie is going to miss the year with a torn Achilles (per Rotoworld.com). Really a tough break, I expected him to get a good amount of work as a third down back this season.

Yeah, that's a rough one. And is it just me or do more people seem to be having Achilles problems this preseason than normal? Between a few tears and a few strains, it seems like I keep hearing about Achilles injuries.

That sucks. I saw him as a guy who could be getting 5 or so carries a game by years end and a chance to back up next year. Now guys like Ware have a chance to get ahead.

I'm pretty bummed about this. I drafted him 2nd in my 5 rd rookie draft. I had high hopes for him surpassing Bradshaw at some point.
