Our league site is:

http://www12.myfantasyleague.com/2009/home/43465

3 team owners are not returning so you can have your choice of either team (first commit, first serve gets choice). I need $50 deposit to hold your spot will be credited toward your league dues for the season.

Draft order is NFL style in reverse order of overall total points finish from the previous season with each round following that same order. 2009 order will be:

AVAILABLE - Draft Order Pick #1 http://football12.myfantasyleague.com/2 ... =07&F=0006

AVAILABLE - Draft Order Pick #2 http://football12.myfantasyleague.com/2 ... =07&F=0005

AVAILABLE - Draft Order Pick #3 http://football12.myfantasyleague.com/2 ... =07&F=0003

4th pick - The ABOMINATION!!!
5th pick - Twins
6th pick - Bamfs
7th pick - CatBirds
8th pick - Mora! Mora! Mora!
9th pick - Shark
10th pick - Hustlers

Weekly starters are: 1-QB, 2-RB, 3-WR, 1-TE, 1-K, 1-Def, 1-ST

Full rosters are: 3-QB, 4-RB, 6-WR, 2-TE, 2-Def, 2-ST

A starting lineup** is protected by each team owner and all the rest fall back into the draft.

** In addition to our starting lineup you can also keep one player, or 1 ST or Defense designated as trade-bait. That player/team cannot be kept and must be traded for whatever deal you can workout for yourself any time/date before the end of the second round of the live draft. If no trade-bait deal can be made then that player goes back into the draft and available in the 3rd round. Creativity is key as you can use players, draft picks, and draft position to make your best deal for yourself, but you can only work with your protected lineup.

Straight 6, 9, & 12 points for positional scoring based on distance (and yardage) but double points for RB if he catches or throws a TD. Same for WR if he runs one in or throws for TD, and QB if he runs or catches a TD. TE is same as WR except 9, 12, & 15 for scoring and a little less yardage required for distance scoring.

Perhaps the coolest thing about the league is that the league pays and plays two different ways; you're playing against the entire league each week and full season for overall points, and you also have a weekly head-to-head opponent. I can't remember the last time (if at all) the overall points champ and the head-to-head champ (W-L record) were the same guy.

For overall scoring, the weekly payouts for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, at a 5-2-1 ratio (1 equalling the weekly league fee. End of season payout is the same ratio but obviously a lot more. Head-to-head payout can vary as it is dependent on the waiver/trade money.

4 weeks of weekly dues are required up front. Waivers & trades are limited to 8 each per team for the season. Waivers & trades cutoff is Thanksgiving week. Again, the waiver/trade $$ goes to head-to-head champ which is seeded playoff of top 6 records in weeks 14, 15, & 16 for the championship.
