Bye week DST

I ahve the Eagles DSt as my normal starter. Looking at one for week 4 bye week. Thinking of one of the 2 below. Any ideas?

Houston plays Oakland week 4 (Thought is any def vs. Oakland is a good idea)
SF plays Stl week 4 (Rams look like they are going to be bad this year)

Those aren't bad bye week fillers. Like SF better than Houston, but there will be 3 weeks for Ds to reveal themselves.
