Trading Draft Picks (WHIR!)

Postby Xezus » Sun Aug 16, 2009 9:26 am

12 team PPR keeper league (we keep 5 players each year)

I currently have pick 9 which im thinking nets me someone like s jax, Chris Johnson, Deangelo williams, etc.

The guy picking 3rd has offered me a deal, He gives me his 1st round pick and 6th rounder for my 2nd 4th and 6th. I then get 2 elite Rb''s in the first round then pick in the 3rd, 5th, and 6th then have a normal draft.

Do you guys think having a tandem like MJD and S. Jax is worth not picking in the 2nd and 4th? I figure go RB RB with my 2 first round picks then get a good WR in the 3rd then either a QB or another decent WR (eddie royal hopefully =)) in the 5th.

Lemme know what u guys think! Should i stick with my normal drafting position of picking each round or should i take the plunge and get 2 first round picks!!!!

WHIR leave a link ;-D

I would say do it because essentially you are giving up a 2nd and 4th for the 3rd overall. Not knowing the stats of your league I would say you make the trade and enjoy your 2 first round picks.

If it is a keeper league than the deal is even better.

Please Help me..

I would take that deal. I would love the idea of pairing up 2 stud RB's like MJD and Jackson. Not knowing your scoring or keepers, than in the 3rd take the best player available.
