Santana Moss Trade in a TD focussed league.

Postby coolgoose » Wed Aug 19, 2009 10:19 pm

League scoring is as follows:
TDs - 6pts.
Passing - 30yd/pt, Int = -2.
Rushing - 20yd/pt.
Receiving - 20yd/pt.

I get - Jason Campbell, Santana Moss.
I give - Matt Hasselbeck, Jonathan Stewart.

1. Can S. Moss be the every week starter this year in a league with 20yd/pt and mainly TD scores
2. Is he an upgrade over Jonathan Stewart....while losing hasselbeck for Campbell?

Starters - QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1RB/WR, 1 WR/TE, K, DEF.

My lineup-
QB - Tom Brady, Matt Hasselbeck.
WR - Randy Moss, Marques Colston, Donald Driver, Tedd Ginn Jr.
RB - Pierre Thomas, Darren McFadden, Jonathan Stewart, Tim Hightower, Donald Brown, Earnest Graham, Justin Fargas.
TE - Tony Gonzalez.

pass for me. i think you're taking a downgrade at each position. stewart has been hurt, but when he plays, he gets the rock in the red zone, no reason to give him up in a TD league. hass has more ceiling than campbell and about the same floor.

Thanks I kinda concur on that as well.

Moss does adds some WR depth but giving up Hasselbeck as well is a downgrade in QB position.
