What is Ronnie Browns standing with his team? They seriously attempted to trade him away in the offseason. Alot of RB's yardage came through the wildcat formation. Defensive Coordinators have examined and dissected the wildcat over summer camp. I do not expect the secret weapon to surprise teams.
Also Miami drafted Pat White the ultimate wildcat specialist. I believe Pat White is the fastest player on the team. Leading to fewer touches and less success for Brown.
Chad Pennington also played exceptional last season keeping defenses semi-honest. Can you depend on Pennington for another season or two?
Ronnie Brown is a late 2nd rounder early 3rd in nonppr. Pierre Thomas is an early 3rd to late 3rd rb right now.
There are plenty of balls to go around in the Saintsville. Reggie Bush is a constant injury concern. The question is WHEN not IF Reggie will be out. Shockey is looking to make a come back. Last year Brees threw 40 TDS. Not a single 1 was to Jeremey

.
Pierre Thomas was OUTSTANDING to close the season. Avging almost 2 TDs a game for the last 7 games.
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/players/856 ... ELvEH.uLYFBut still Ronnie Brown has the upper hand because he is the undisputed lead back ahead of Ricky Williams and there isn't anyone as talented as him on the team.
Pierre looked nice running the ball. He passed my eyeball test.
Its a coin flip for me...with a slight slight edge to RBrown.
Hope the info helps. Don't be confused by me bias's against brown. I just wanted to bring info to the table.
Help me out.
viewtopic.php?t=440771to answer your question...pierre is not overrated. And RB is slightly better.
