Team Defense-NYG or Tenn?

I managed to pick up both the Giants and the Titans as my team Defense. My question is which 1 is better? Both of them lost their defensive coordinators in the offseason, but both have extraordinary talent as well. Which one would you start, and should I offer the other 1 in a trade? I think I can get good value for both of them, and my offense could probably use an upgrade if I could swing a trade that way. Help?
