I like it. I assume, you had a late pick? W/ PPR, you are going to miss out on some points with Johnson and Holmes.
Ryan is a top 5 QB this year. Safe pick, and I am sure you didn't lose much on it. Let me guess, 9th round? Ya, good pickup, no real downside w/ his position. I don't understand your Bulger pick. Maybe you know something I don't. But TB, w/ Avery and Robinson. They are a running team. I say drop him, and pick up any one of the late or undrafted QB's. I like Garrard and Campbell, over Bulger. You can probably also pickup Vick (I think he will be a TD machine, passing and rushing in the wild cat). So ya, replace Bulger. Garrard, Cassell, Jake Delhomme (if he is available), may be better than Ryan, if you can get them.

I still can't figure out who your first round pick was though. I assume, Jacobs very late? Regardless I am having a hard time figuring out how your draft played out. Jacobs isn't a early first round, but w/ the spread between your next best players (Slaton and Johnson) I can't see you having a late pick.
Regardless,
Jacobs is a TD Machine (I predict breaking 18td's maybe even 20) w/ the loss of Ward, and focused running game with the loss of Burress.
I think Slaton will continue the tradition w/ running backs having their best seasons in year two. Good player, not sure about the pick though.

I don't trust Johnson. He's a machine, but w/ the horrible o-line bashing on a rookie QB and a horrible defense keeping their offense off the field, I don't have faith, regardless of how athletic he is. But it doesnt matter, you have nothing better to start with, so just play it out. Holmes, should be average.

V. Sinantoe, I don't understand everybody's love for him. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. W/ farve focused on the post and streak, and more than likely zone coverage close waiting for AP taking away the inside for the TE. Most pass plays will have extra protection in to protect farve, on a already run heavy team (even if they are forcing the run w/ a player who may not succeed, that's right I don't trust AP =/). I guess hold him and see how it plays out.

As for your bench, Marshawn, I don't like this year. Missing what, 4 games (?), he is going to lose the starting job, or at least a lot of carries before the seasons even starts, limiting his late season oppertunities. Besides that, it's going to be a running back by committee in Buffalo w/ Rhodes and Jackson, Rhodes likely stealing the most reps. Bradshaw is nice, for a traditional late pick.

TBH, it's a decent team, but nothing jumps out like wow. All speculation with wide margins, and the picks (unless it was a auction league) seem strange.
If it's an auction league (4/5)
If it's a live draft or auto draft league (2/5).

I should explain a couple things.

This is a 12 team league live draft

I had the 6th overall pick and took Slaton, he was the highest on my list after AP, MJD, MT, MF, and LT were taken.

In the 2nd round there was a crazy run on QBs taken letting CJ fall down to me there late.

Coming back in the 3rd Jacobs was still on the board and seeing how he should have been gone in the 2nd (if not for the run on QBs) I felt it was his time to come off the board.

After another small run on QBs early in the 4th (back to back number 12 guy) I felt like unless I wanted to be stuck with someone like Palmer or Big Ben as my starter, it was time to take the highest QB left, Ryan.

After that I was basically filling in spots. I had a number of TEs rated higher, but after the top 5 or 6 were gone I just decided to wait and take some better backups. Lynch is only out 4 games and by the time Slaton's and Jacobs' bye weeks come around (10 for both) he might be back in form.

Only reason I took Bulger is b/c he has a good matchup in week 4, Ryan's by week. None of those guys you mentioned were available.

Well your team is alright. i dont think it is a playoff team yet. I like Ryan you gonna have to get rid of bulger today. Your team will go s far as slaton takes you. If he becomes a westbrook type of player then you will have a legit shot. I would trade jacobs and one holmes and upgrade your wr core. I think you will be fine at running back. But holmes has small catch totals and driver is more a wr 3 and coles might lose his spot to henry who is playing beastly..

i think if you could trade jacobs (since bradshaw will be huge this yr, good job) and holmes and target a legit wr 1...such as boldin, steve smith (while people think he is hurt), colston, roddy white. and get his rb 3 in addition

I don't like the 6th pick being Slaton, but since the rest of your draft turned out alright, you should be fine. Probably should have gotten a QB.

I suggest you pick up Garrard. W/ his recent pre season performance, revamped o-line and WR depth increasing, I think he will have a better year than Ryan. So maybe drop a bench qb for Garrard (if he is still there).

W/ the .5 PPR, your league probably has a .25point per completion, or maybe like my league .5 Point per completion and -.25 point per incompletion, which would explain why there was such a run on QB's. Ryan's decent, so don't worry about that.

No use crying over split milk, but I like Larry Fitz @ 6th for you instead of Slaton.

Regardless, good team, proper waiver wire technique and a little luck, it's a championship team.
