Agreed. Don't commit to anything. I usually try for the big back first, then decide between RB/WR in the 2nd depending on where I think the biggest drop off will be before the pick in the third.
If you are picking late, you can consider WR/WR out of the gate. That will pretty much lock up that position for you. But then you
HAVE to go RB with at least the next three picks. I have succeeded doing this. But I've also bombed with it. But it's an idea.
