12 team, ESPN PPR league

My QB is Palmer right now, I got offered Romo for Moreno and Donald Brown.

Both are backup RB's on my team(I have Westbrook and Slaton) but then I would have no depth whatsoever at rb unless I trade Palmer for like McCoy, and Kevin Walter\

counter offer and try to get one of his RB as well?

I would pass. I believe there is a good chance Palmer could ourperform Romo this year. The Cowboys will run a lot more! Palmer still has a nice WR core, Chris Henry looks great....unless you can land a solid #3 rb in the deal, this is nowhere near worth it. Brown looks great, and Moreno, once healthy should be undisputed #1 in Denver.

I would strongly consider that offer since Palmer is a huge injury risk. But I probably would pass unless he threw in a rb.
