If i did this trade i would put thomas jones at the RB/WR position and have a 3 headed monster of turner/portis/jones....but my starting wr would be desean jackson and vinent jackson but im pretty deep in that position with cotchery and holt on my bench who both are decent fantasy players...let me know if you'd pull the trigger...the guy im trading is a huge cowboys fan that's why he want felix and roy but i have a feeling both will be very good this year.
wouldn't call that a 3-headed 'monster' i would call it a 2-headed 'beast' with the tag along, TJ has WAY too much competition in NYJ. Jackson-and-Jackson as your WR1-WR2 is a crappy position to be in IMO, VJax will be lucky to replicate what he did last year, let alone gain on that, DeJax is a decent option, but not at WR1 or WR2. Anothony Gonzalez could easily be your WR1, but is a weak WR1, strong WR2. to call yourself 'deep' at WR with Cotchery (has a rookie QB tossing him the ball, look what he did with a H.O.F. QB last year, jack sh!t) and old man Holt (hes still a decent possession receiver, but on a fantasy squad is a Flex #1-2 at best).
IMHO i would trade Roy and Felix for sure, but i wouldn't want to touch TJ, what other RB does he have? hell you have LJ on your bench i could even possibly go WR/WR for Roy and Felix... get Gonzalez in the deal and the best value at RB, if TJ is the best he will do then get better value with a WR along with Anthony..
