MJD and roster

I got lucky and got MJD with the 5th pick this year! Can you guys rate my roster and see if I should try to trade for a better backup QB and I should try and trade for a better QB and/or strengthen the rest of my roster. I'm in a standard 10 team league. Thanks for any advice!

QB: M, Schaub, Eli Manning
RB: MJD, P, Smith, K, Smith, LJ, Beanie Wells & Shady Mccoy
WR: Megatron, Jennings, V. Jackson & Evans
TE: Celek
K: Nate Kaeding

Maybe package Schaub + Wells for an upgrade at QB if your that worried about a QB. You'll definitely get more responses in the Draft, Trade & Keeper forum.
