Welcome to the Cafe. ;-D

You have a pretty good team. If its a 12 team league you did great. If it is a 10 team league your above average.

I personally think you probably used some high picks to get Rodgers and Brees. Using those high picks didn't hurt your team too much but if I had your team I would be most concerned about your RB's. Grant should do well but he is usually a mid to low RB2. I personally thing Grant will play better than where he is being drafted. Ward is also a low RB2 or high RB3. Little more concerned about him with Graham to contend with. D-Will will hurt Stewart and I wouldn't feel good about starting Stewart even on a bye week. Jones has Edge to worry about now. Taylor is on the biggest RBBC team with Maroney.

If one of those guys I listed steps up and plays to their potential you should be ok.

Rest of your team looks good. Good luck.

I would trade Brees or Rodgers for a RB plus another low-end QB. Hasselbeck and Garrard type of players. Drop Russel and get another TE or DST. You can't play them both and they're both gonna go nuts this year.

Your're fine at WR (I like Coles and LOVE Royal this year) but you're hurting at RB. Again, trade Brees or Rodgers for a RB. Ward is in a RBBC until the two senior-citizens get hurt. (Should be about week 8). Jones is worthless, so is Taylor and Maroney. If it were me, I'd trade Brees because his value CAN'T get any higer. Get a 2nd round RB for him. Rodgers should surprise, but his trade value isn't high yet.

12 man league?

If it is your team looks great except your RB stable. Your WR core is solid...Royal is set for another great year. Marshall's still in the dog house and Royal looked great catching passes from Orton the other night. Out of your RB's Grant is the only one I trust right now. I'm high on Grant this year..he's looked great in pre season and he's playing for an explosive offense. Ward is in fantasy football RBBBBCCCC hell right now...he's in a three way with Caddy and Graham right now. I've been saying this for the past month that I would not automatically draft Ward with the mindset that he's the starter in TB. Graham is good a back and he's healthy...now this fantasy nightmare has been confirmed by the coach. Stewart needs to get healthy...Jones has a new partner and Taylor and Maroney...well they play for NE...flip a coin. It's not all bad though...maybe package Stewart and Ward for stronger back.

Your QB's, WR and TE's look great!

Good luck ;-D

Too top heavy at QB only because you have two, arguably, top 5 guys -- and you're a little weak at RB. Grant is good, but I'm not sure I'd depend on him as my #1. Try to dangle one of those guys, and see who will bite for a RB.
