Hartline, a fourth-round pick by the Dolphins in this year's draft, looks like a typical possession receiver; not overly athletic or fast, but he runs precise routes and is a good blocker. In fantasy, that doesn't sound too exciting. The bigger news here is probably that there is a pretty good chance that either Bess or Camarillo will not be starting when the season begins.

Miami WRs are too difficult to project and not worth drafting with exception of 3rd year receiver Tedd Ginn Jr, who looks the best so far.
