10 Team ESPN with KR points, #9 pick

Postby brett5673 » Wed Aug 26, 2009 12:32 am

I had the 9th pick, in a league that is 1 pint every 10 Rush Receive yards, 1 point 20 pass yards, and 3 points pass TD, and 6 for all other TDs. then an INSANE 1 point every 10 KR/ PR Yards. We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, and K and DEF

1. DeAngelo Williams RB CAR
2. Andre Johnson WR HOU
3. Frank Gore RB SF
4. Pierre Thomas RB NO
5. TJ Housh WR SEA
6. Matt Schaub QB HOU
7. Eddie Royal WR DEN
8. Percy Harvin WR MIN
9. Felix Jones RB DAL
10. David Garrard QB JAC
11. Jerious Norwood RB ATL
12. Josh Cribbs WR CLE

Now, we dont do our last 4 picks, and wait til after week one waivers, which I hate but accept. Thus, I felt the value and "giving up" on one week was worth the overall value of these guys and skipping a Kicker and D for the first week. I am a fan of most picks. With My KR/PR projections, Harvin Jones, Cribbs, and Norwood are all top 10 players fyi

Cribbs is going to be a great pick since the Browns can't stop anyone and will have to be returning kicks a lot next year. Your team is very deep for a league that gets kick return points. The only concern is how are you going to choose who to start.

The first few weeks, matchups may be tough, but, say that Norwood takes on a 10 carry a game role, and is playing a GREAT team, odds are hell get some decent yardage as RB and incredible as Returner. All but Cribbs are guys with normal game potential too
