we keep 3 players not drafted in rounds 1-3

so far i have

RB Turner
RB/WR Jones-Drew
WR Calvin Johnson
WR Wes Welker
TE Empty
K Empty
D Empty

Im on the clock with pick 3.08

My next pick is at 5.08 so quite a few of this guys i will list wont be there at 5.08
Should i fill up my starting lineup with a tight end (tony g or dallas clark) or take the next best rb as a backup to jones drew and turner.

Normally I would wait on a TE, but none of those RB's are top-notch.

Take Clark because you don't want Turner AND Tony G on your squad. Chances are that both guys will never have a big game on the same day.
