QB, TE Swap WHIR

12 teamer, 1/10 rec, 1/25 passing, all TDs 6 pts.

I ended up with Cassel and Edwards as my QBs in this 12 teamer and I'm not thrilled about it. I usually wait on QBs so I am not unfamiliar with this situation I am in, but for the first time in awhile I had planned on going early on QB, hoping to land Rodgers. My backup plan was to take Palmer/Ryan later and that failed as well.

The trade I am considering is Palmer/Garrard/Fasano for Cassel/Edwards/Cooley. I would probably drop Fasano and pick up Celek off waivers so it is more like Palmer/Garrard/Celek for Cassel/Edwards/Cooley.

I would appreciate any feedback you guys are willing to leave and WHIR.

Garrard is garbage to me... but Palmer is intriguing as I'm in the same boat with a trade. He has flashed big play ability and I think the Bengals defense is going to be horrible adn Palmer will be throwing a lot. Chris Cooley was a disappointment last year, and I feel he will be getting better this year...

All in all, its a wash for me, but if you feel better with Palmer behind center, then do it..

I don't like this trade at all!

I also drafted Palmer and think he will regain form this year and be a top QB again but since he already has missed 2 preseason games and will miss a 3rd this weekend then he is starting to worry me a bit!

Garrard is ok but as maybe a 3rd QB or something!

I really like Cassell/Edwards this year due to their situations! Cassell has Bowe and Edwards has T.O. and Evans so I think they both excell and have stellar years. I also like Cooley better than Celek (or Fasano) so.....

I would stay pu!

i would do it assuming you can get Celek...i dont like Cassell AT ALL...i like Edwards but i think you'll likely see 200-250yd 1 TD games out of him whereas Palmer can light it up with 300+ and 3 TD's
