Trade Help Please!

Just been offered a trade, pretty interesting...

I get: Gore, Evans, Royal
I give: K. Smith, Bowe, Cassel

My new team would then be this...

QB: Orton/Garrard
RB: Turner
RB: Gore
WR: C. Johnson
WR: Jennings
TE: Cooley

And one spot for RB/WR Flex: Evans, Royal, L. White, Ray Rice, Chester Taylor, McCoy

Obviously, my weak spot is QB, but I have never been a fan of drafting QBs early. I got Cassel in the 9th round and Orton, IMO, can produce similar numbers to Cassel. Gore is an upgrade over K. Smith and I get more depth at WR, which is what I am looking for. I currently only have three WRs in C. Johnson, Jennings and Bowe.

Is this a good trade to accept? Thanks for the help!!!
