TRADE HELP Avery&Williams for Moore&Fargus

Please help
I have a trade offered to me of Lance Moore and Justin Fargus for Donald Avery and Ricky Williams.
Moore upgrades me at WR but does Fargus down grade my RB back up, what little i have.
Should i do the trade?

I like the trade for you. Fargas is not a down grade from williams and Moore has alot of upside. I would actually rate Fargas and Williams about the same.
