Thoughts on my team, thus far???
Here are the best available Free Agents thus far in my shallow league:
QB - Jason Campbell, Tyler Thigpen, Jake Delhomme, Kerry Collins, JaMarcus Russell, Shaun Hill RB - Le'Ron McClain, Kevin Faulk, Dominic Rhodes, Jerious Norwood, Tim Hightower WR - Donnie Avery, Jerricho Cotchery, Derrick Mason, Ted Ginn Jr., Isaac Bruce, Darrius Heyward-Bey TE - (We don't have any TE positions in our league, but I'll post them just for the heck of it.) Visanthe Shiancoe, Owen Daniels, Chris Cooley, Greg Olsen, Zach Miller, Anthony Fasano.
Any advice Cafe? What do y'all think I should do, in terms of Free Agency if anything at all?
Crazy scoring, never seen anything like it. I would probably add Tim Hightower, remember he is #1 on that depth chart, and beanie has missed alot of time, in fact i would rather have him then edge. Other then that i have no idea how you got Ap and Forte your pretty much set for running back, and i also like the gonzalez/royal duo i think they both have alot of potential. as for qb you might struggle a little bit, and i might try to look for an upgrade as the season goes on.

I wondered about that. You had him and Forte and I couldn't for the life of me figure out how you pulled that off in a draft unless you swapped picks with someone. Even so, with that scoring system Peterson takes a huge hit. 2 pts/rec and 0.5 per rush attempt add a lot of value to a pass catching RB. Forte will outscore Peterson on your team by a landslide. Might not have been a good idea to let Slaton go. His ppr value is pretty high, especially at 2 ppr.
Also, I agree with the above post to snatch up Hightower. He had decent pass catching totals last year as well.
D. Mason will have high catch totals. He doesn't get much for yards, but @ 2 ppr he's worth grabbing. He'll catch more passes than Berrian (although Berrian will have more TD's).
Like someone said earlier, crazy scoring system but i'll try my best to figure it out. First off let me say i really like your team, especially your WR depth. With Peterson and Forte your running backs also look to be dominant. The one thing i don't really like has to be Cutler as your starting QB in an 8 man league. I think his numbers stand to take a huge hit, with a decline in his receiving corps along with a much more run oriented offense. As far as your extra roster spot i might pick up a player like Cotchery who should have yet another solid, but not spectacular season. Tim Hightower also wouldn't be a bad option since Beanie Wells is a good bet to get injured at some point during the year.
