Different scoring keeper league draft help

I am in a 10 team keeper league that starts 2QBs, 2RBs, 3WRs, TE, DEF, K, 2IDP's. The scoring is as follows:

13 yards rushing/receiving = 1
40 Yards Passing = 1
Touchdowns for all positions = 6
20 Return Yards = 1

Obviously, return yards really change up the wrs, rbs and Idp's.. and even our defensive scoring is high.. top 3 defenses last year scored about as high as some #1 RB's

My keepers are:
QBs - Drew Brees, Ben Roethlisberger
RBs - Deangelo WIlliams, Frank Gore
Wr's- Steve Smith, Roy WIlliams

I have no idea who to take with the 3rd overall pick
Since it's a keeper league, top rookies are almost always taken early, I have the 3rd pick.. and I'm pretty sure who is going to be there. Here are some of the choices

QB - Favre, Hasselback, Garrard, Sanchez
RB - Leon Washington, Knowshon Moreno, Joseph Addai
WR - Ocho Cinco, Percy Harvin, Anthony Gonzalez, Braylan Edwards, Vincent Jackson, Bernard Berrian
TE - Antonio Gates, Tony Gonzalez
DEF - Baltimore
IDP - Leodis Mckelvin

I wish our scoring were a bit different..even Johnny Lee Higgins was a good #2 Wr last year.. but any help I could get would be greatly appreciated. I'm leaning towards either Hasselback, Leon Washington, Knowshon, Percy Harvin, or Anthony Gonzalez
