Thanks for the help on mine:

I would go Andre Johnson, then Williams, then Manning if you believe that Rodgers or Rivers will be available at your next pick (for both PPR and non-PPR leagues). If you don't think Rodgers or Rivers will be available, then I would go Manning, Johnson, Williams.

This posts cracks me up! Both Brady and Brees will pass for 40+ TDs???????

Do you know how many times a QB has thrown for more than 40 TDs let alone 2 QBs in one season doing it?

Brees has NEVER sniffed 40 Tds and has only thrown over 30 ONCE (which was last season with 34)!!!!! HE has averaged about 25 the previous 4 seasons.....

Brady has only thrown over 40 TDs ONCE!!!! Before that, he had never thrown over 28 and averaged about 24 per season his entire career.

THAT IS A BOLD STATEMENT YOU MADE!!!

I would be willing to bet no qB throws 40+ TDs this season.

FYI....6 pt passing TDs do not warrant a QB being picked any earlier than they would if passing TDs are worth 4 pts. Unless you can forecast which QB will throw 40+ TDs...... :-B

Love D.Will here. Personally I have Rodgers higher than Rivers and about even with Manning this year so if you get him with your 2nd or 3rd round pick you're gold. Andre Johnson would be nice but you should be able to get a nice WR in the 2nd/3rd. I've always been a fan of going RB-RB and if you already got Peterson as your keeper than D.Will is $$$$$.

Thanks for the help with mine.

I was so enamored with that post I forgot to give my recommendation. :-b

I would take Dwill here. Having a combo of AD and Dwill will be a great core to build a team around. You should be able to nab some nice WR and a nice QB in the next couple of rounds.

Good luck!

I am high on the idea of grabbing AJ and then seeing if you can snag Rivers or Rodgers. If there is any doubt about overpaying here for Manning then get comparable value later with those QBs and grab the elite WR now.

I was looking for any little reason to take Manning, because he is probably the safest choice. But I think I will go with your advice and take DWill. If he is as advertised, AP and him could lead me to a championship. I could take a guy like Colston or Jennings in Rd 2, and Rivers in 3. It would like like this:

Rivers
AP
DWill
Jennings
and go from there

That is a very solid first 4 players!! I think Jennings could be a top 5 WR this season and GB and Rogers has looked great thus far in the preseason. I think you are getting better value by waiting to take a QB! I would target Jennings/Colston/S.Smith/etc and then the best QB in round 3. ;-D

I'd say Andre or DeAngello, Andre's a beast and I think DeAngello will be fine because Stewart's been sitting out of practices because of injuries still and DeAngello's had some sick runs this preseason (not that preseason's a good indicator usually, but he's looking strong).

I could use some help: viewtopic.php?t=441838
