Ten team, 2 QB league

Postby robnestrick » Thu Aug 27, 2009 1:00 pm

Here is my team, standard scoring (all TDs 6, no ppr, 1 pt for 25 yards throwing or 10 rushing or receiving)

QB - Brady
QB - Palmer
RB - C.Johnson
RB - R.Rice
WR - Jennings
WR - Colston
Flex - Benson or Stewart or L.Washington or Harvin or C.Henry or Avery or Maroney
K - Crosby
DEF - GB

Bench - Benson
Bench - Stewart
Bench - L.Washington
Bench - C.Henrgy
Bench - Hasselback
Bench - Stafford
Bench - Culpepper
Bench - Avery
Bench - Maroney

I think did a nice job overall, but my RBs could be suspect if Rice, Stewart, Benson, L.Washington or Maroney does have two that step up this year...

What do you think????

I'd say you did good overall. There if definitely a significant drop off after Johnson in your RB, but thats what happens when you have 2 stud WR, a stud RB and a stud QB. I think Rice will be a good pick for you, and hopefully one guy on your bench will come through for you and put you over the top.

I like that team. Also agree with your concern. Out of those RBs, I rate Rice and Benson ahead of the rest and would probably start Rice unless he's going up against a beastly run defense. The rest of your team should be able to make up for any lack of production from that position.

Get rid of Stafford and Culpepper and pick up a Jamaal Charles type of player at RB or a Earl Bennet/Chaz Schilens type of player at WR. With a roster that big you can afford to hold onto potential sleepers- QBs will be available on the WW if you need a THIRD. (sheesh)

There isn't a single starting QB left, a 2 QB league makes them very valuable. SHEESH!! :)
