I think Welker will be amazing to have in a PPR. I dunno if my trade will hold up, I proposed it.

I wouldn't do it, personally, but I can't say that it's a horrible idea. I wouldn't do it, because I think Addai is going to have a bounce back year, but if he doesn't you're gaining a lot by getting Welker. And assuming you play a flex player every week, you have yourself a very nice three WR combo for a PPR league.

I don't think he'll accept though.
