Trade my Cedric Griffin for his Marc Bulger??? WHIR

So I am in a 12 team 2 QB LEAGUE and I already have Schaub and Delhomme as my 2 starters. I was just offered Bulger for Cedric Griffin and I am seriously considering it only because QB's are gold in my league. 12 teams x 2 starters means there are always a MINIMUM of 24 qb's on a roster but many owners have 3. This guy has 5 but will have to drop 2 soon (Hasselbeck, Hill, Bulger, Collins, Russel). The only qb's currently available on waivers are Favre and Leftwich (ew) and both become available Tuesday September 1 at 9am (IT'S A RACE TO SEE WHO PRESSES THE BUTTON THE QUICKEST - I know it's stupid but that's the rule). I have only a small chance to land Favre AND Griffin is replaceable by several available cb's on waivers such as Jammer, R. Barber, Asante Samuel, B. McDonald, A. Rolle, etc.

SHOULD I MAKE THIS DEAL OR JUST LEAVE MY BACKUP QB SLOT EMPTY???
