Trade in my keeper league please help

Alright our draft is this sunday and its a keeper league. You can keep between 4-6 people and i kept the max 6. Since i kept 6 i lose my first round pick and second. The players that i kept are Phillip Rivers, Matt Forte, Frank Gore, Michael Turner, Calvin Johnson, and T.O. Yesterday i was proposed a trade. I would give up T.O. and my first pick in the draft (3rd round) For Eddie Royal and a 5th. Its a PPR league with everything thing else standard scroing. Do i make this trade or hold onto T.O. and hope to land a good receiver with my first pick???
