Just did my money league draft last night. We keep one (I kept Tomlinson), had #10 pick. We start two RBs, two WRs, and one Flex. Standard scoring (25 pass yds per point, 10 rush/rec yds per point, 6 points for all TDs, 2 point bonus for any TD over 50 yards), no PPR. It was a really weird draft in that this league has always seemed to let good RBs slide and now that RBs seem to be sliding in general this year, there were a ton of RBs that got picked early. Quite strange... Anyway, the team:
QB - McNabb, Hasselbeck RB - Tomlinson, Lynch, Benson, Beanie Wells, James Davis WR - Andre Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Avery, Hixon, Ginn TE - Boss D/ST - Cowboys K - Folk
Any thoughts appreciated.

Solid team. I'd just say that the Lynch situation worries me. He's out for the first four weeks and I'm not sure if any of your back ups will step up early in the season. Is Fred Jackson available on the waiver wire? I'd look to get him or another RB who looks to have a strong start until Lynch returns. I really like you top 2 WR. Avery, Hixon, and Ginn are all question marks, but at least one should be able to step it up for you. I think this should be competitve, it should be especially strong at the end of the season around fantasy playoff time.
QB i think you are solid...McNabb could post Top 5 numbers and Hass is a solid backup
RB - love me some LT this year, but with Lynch being out for 3 weeks
WR - awesome 1-2 punch
Flex - even when Lynch comes back i think you're lacking a reliable option here
TE - you should be able to do much better than Boss in a 12 team league
i think you're really lacking in depth...if you struggle those 1st few weeks without Lynch it could be a long season, especially once byes start rolling in

Only thing that jumps out to me looking at your team is who your RB2 and Flex will be.
I definitely see some players on your squad with some upside, but starting off the year you're going to be playing the guessing game with Lynch out..
I guess you'd have to RB2 Benson since he's a bone fide starter (even if it is Cincy), and i'd probably lean towards Flexing Beanie or Avery depending on how they come out of pre-season injury wise (Hightower is still the starter in Zona as far as I know).
Your WR's should be monsters for you, McNabb was solid for me last year and with some added/more mature weapons (hopefully Jackson doesn't spike any more TD's on the 1 yrd line...).
Like the Boss pick as well.. you more than likely grabbed him late.. Eli will be dumping off balls to him left and right with no Plexiglass Burress.. Look how productive he made Shockey back in the day..
I agree about the RB2/Flex situation being a bit worrisome. In hindsight I should have taken Kevin Smith instead of Calvin in the third, but I really expected there to be a better back than Lynch available when it came back around to me.
Regarding Boss, I actually like him quite a bit. Once the top four or so TEs went off the board, they all pretty much looked the same to me. I suppose I could grab Zach Miller, but I think Boss has more upside.
I really like Avery and Hixon this year, but I'm not sold on Ginn. I'm also not crazy about Sammy Morris, so those two will probably be the first two guys that get the boot. I just missed out on grabbing Fred Jackson late which really ticked me off. There's not much in the way of decent RBs on the wire, the most interesting probably being Fargas, James Davis, Caddy, and Buckhalter. Unfortunately I don't see a lot of viable production out of anyone in that group.
With A. Johnson under my belt I probably would have grabbed Megatron as well for that deadly duo to be honest. Proof is in the proverbial pudding for those two guys vs. a K. Smith imo.. don't think you went wrong there at all.
The only downside going RB WR WR (I'm assuming you went LT, A.J. and Mega 1,2,3) is you know your going to hurt on RB's down the line.. risk reward there and you just have to hope you run into this years Matt Forte deep.
That could be a guy like Wells. I think at the end of the day you need your QB, RB1, WR, WR, to really produce day in and day out. Boss should be productive enough to keep in day in and out.
I like Avery as well someone has to catch the ball other than S. Jax.. I went with the "other S. Smith" however instead of Hixon. Hixon to me is more of a downfield guy vs. Smith who is an underneath security slot kind of guy. Expect a very bleh mediocre year out of Eli with no Plex to make him look good.
As it stands (if it were my team) I'd go with Benson RB2 and Avery Flex for opening day unless Wells heals up and takes # 1 all of a sudden.. You need points and those guys are going to be on the field..
I'd have my nose buried in that waiver wire constantly though in case something develops and you can grab a Waiver Wonder RB/WR.
