I am leery of the Vikings line, especially center and wonder if I should go DeAngelo Williams with the #1 overall in my draft. We don't draft until 9/9 and by then I'm going to be completely insane.
AP all day...vikings added Percey Harvin, and they have Benard Berrian plus all the hype with Vihsanthe the TE...they have farve and Sage who has a big arm...teams are gonna be worring alot about this...AP will produce bigger this season..just make sure to grab Chester Taylor.
also the question is...will D. Williams repeat last year with a healthy Stewart?
If you have AP and change your mind..imsure the person with D williams will be more then happy to trade. maybe you can get D williams and someone else for AP. be smart..draft AP..its always about value in the first round
thanks - i'm just gunshy after picking LT first last year after having a chance to trade down. i'll go to the well one more time since i got rolled into the first pick again this year.
Peterson over Williams in my eyes, but there is nothing wrong with trading down either. You could trade to 7th or so and likely get Williams then, plus a higher 2nd rd pick.
Yes, you are insane. If you are concerned about there o-line, the only potential weakness is the center, other than that they have a solid line and even with a rookie RT, he is more of a run blocker, so that can only help AP. I also think DWill will have another quality year, but once JStew gets healthy DWill's numbers will be limited. I still think DWill is a top 10 rb by years end, but not up there with AP. Good luck.
D Will should not be considered for the first pick. He is going to lose carries to Stewart. I would take a Rb that is not involved in a RBBC with the first pick (AP, MJD, Turner, Forte). If you really want D Will, try to move down to the 5-7 range and get him there.

Exactly. I would think that the only person that should even be considered to be drafted over AD this year is MJD. In a ppr you would really have to consider taking MJD over AD, IMO of course. If i had the first pick i would take AD no matter what.
