My Ryan and Lynch for Houshmanzadeh and Westbrook? WHIR

I want to improve my WR and RB situation.

He has: Jennings, Welker and Houshmanzadeh ... and his RBs include Westbrook and Slaton

I have: I would be willing to move Ryan and Lynch ... or possibly someone else.

What is a good deal here? Should I give him Ryan and Lynch for, say, Houshmanzadeh and Westbrook? Or ask for someone else?

I would definitely do this. You only lose your backup QB and a RB suspended for 3 games. Westbrook should be good to go and Housh is gonna be a stud this year.
