drop carlson or celek for morgan?

i already have gonzalez as my starter for te but for some reason i have 3 tes on my roster. so should i drop carlson or celek for the big sleeper josh morgan?

look at matchups bye-weeks.. all else equal i drop celek

*Edit - matchup and bye weeks comparing Gonz with Carlson + Celek is what i meant.. if they are comparative drop celek
