Which is a fair trade? WHIR

Postby robnestrick » Sat Aug 29, 2009 5:45 pm

In a dynasty, no ppr.

Team A: RBs - Jacobs, Portis, Steven Jackson, J.Lewi
QBs - Cutler, Big Ben
Picks - 1.3, 1.10, 2.2, 3.3, 3.10

Team B: RBs - P.Thomas, W.Paker, F.Jones, A.Bradshaw
QBs - Brady, McNabb, Schaub
Picks - 1.5, 2.5, 3.5

Which trade is fairest?

1. Portis/Betts/Big Ben for Schaub, F.Jones, 1.5 (probably gone will be Moreno, Wells, D.Brown, and McCoy)

2. Portis/Betts/Big Ben, 1.10 for Schaub, F.Jones, 1.5

3. Portis/Betts/Big Ben for Schaub and 1.5

4. Your own trade

#2 I think. But I would offer #3 to open negotiations.

Another option, opinions requested... WHIR

Postby robnestrick » Sat Aug 29, 2009 6:55 pm

1. Portis/Betts/Big Ben, 1.10 for Schaub, F.Jones, 1.5

2. Portis/Betts/Big Ben for Schaub, F. Jones and 2.5

With the age of Portis in a dynasty league, do you think option 1 or option 2 is more realistic?
