Need to drop an upside running back for a K/D

As you already read, I need to drop potential value for a kicker and defense. I did not draft either, and went with upside guys.

I need to drop two of the following. I am thinking Shonn Greene and Steve Smith (NYG), but I kind of want to see what Greene's role is on the team.

Why an RB?

i'd drop S.Smith(NY) first

If I had to drop an RB instead of Smith I'd drop Benson as his job is in serious jeopardy right now.

RB/WR/WR/WR left you kind of thin.. I would go Smith, your starting 4 WR are fine. Then agree with the other poster on dropping Benson, all your backs have higher upside IMO.
