I had a detailed rating of your team, but apparently I took too long
and when I tried to post, had to sign in again & lost it!

I know you mentioned not wanting to carry a backup qb, but I still think it's a
wise choice to do so.

If starters start dropping, those 7 on the waiver wire will disappear fast.
Maybe Garrard. It's only pre-season, but it looks as if they might be turning
they're passing game up a notch. Plus he runs fairly well

That's my only suggestion.

Glancing at the players available & what you have on your roster - I'd stay as is.

Jacobs/Slaton is a good 1-2. If either of those guys go down - Jones/Rice/Bradshaw provide excellent depth/upside.

White is a WR1, Gonzo & Walter are adequate as 2 & 3's.

Manning never misses time and is an elite QB.

Very solid squad overall.

Strong team and you had the next to last pick. I agree with sticking with what you already have over what's available. While I also agree with your take on carrying only one QB, especially when it's Manning, that WW looks scary thin at QB, definitely something to keep your eye on but I don't think I'd wanna lose any of your other depth for a backup QB.

I have a question; who's the starting K for NO? I drafted Hartley but I see you drafted Carney.

I agree with the others. You've got good depth at RB and WR. I don't really like any of the other QBs available so I would sit tight with Eli.

As to kicker in NO, Hartley is suspended through game 4 so they signed Carney. If he does well, Hartley could lose his spot. You should get a different kicker.

Thanks for the heads up on NO's K...how the hell does a K get suspended? That's funny.
