good trade or bad? i like coffees potential but hes behind gore, gage is quite intriguing also, but holmes is more proven, just inconsistent atleast last year

I don't think that Holmes is worth much, he is over hyped IMO because of the td catch in the super bowl. But to give up two of your bench players for a starting wr, I'd do it.
