What can I get for the 4th pick?

I have a draft coming up in a couple hours - live, in person, at the bar draft - the fun stuff. Anyways, I drew the 4th pick, the guy picking me up drew the 8th pick. It's a 10 team redraft w/ strict drafting rules.

QB/WR/WR/RB/RB/TE/K/D starting line up - the thing is you have to draft backups for every position - Every team ends up comprised of 2 QB, 3 WR, 3 RB, 2 TE, 2 K, 2 D & 1 "flex" (any position). There is no standard WW/FA pool - any player not drafted is a FA on a cash blind bid system.

I want Randy Moss, I can't take him 4th, I doubt he'll be there at 17.

Do think it is possible to trade my 1st round pick (4) & my 3rd round pick (24) for his 1st round pick (8) & 2nd round pick (13)?

why would u be in a league where you are required to draft two kickers? i still don't have a kicker on any of my teams yet...
