I would not take this trade.

I do not think Jacobs is an elite back. He is good and will get you TD's but he is not a number 1 RB in my book. Royal is a good WR and may be the number 1 in Den. but he is not that much better than Mason. Mason will get you 80 + rec. 900 + yrds and 6-8 TD.
