PPR league, 2 QB's(big scoring)Rodgers for A. Johnson

I have Rodgers, Brees and E. Manning in a 2 QB PPR league with big scoring for QB(average rodgers averaged 24 and Brees 28 last year, Eli was about 18).
I have been offered Rodgers for A. Johnson, my WR are Megatron, Driver, Hester, Ginn Jr., N. Washington. Should I take it?
Also I have been verbally offered R. Bush for E. Manning. My RB's are McFadden, Grant, B. Wells, D. Brown and L. Washington.
Which is better for me?
We start 1 QB, 2 RB's, 1 wr/RB, 1 TE, 1 Offensive Utility(QB typically). So is Bush going to make i this year or should I go with AJ and leave me Brees and Manning at QB?

I personally wouldn't give up Rodgers this here. He'll be top 3 QB this year. But it is for Andre. Tough call.

I'd give up Eli for Bush in a PPR league though.

so Eli for Bush is a good deal? Is this the year Reggie just plays slot we and doesn't get hurt?
