Looking to upgrade at RB WOULD YOU MAKE THIS TRADE??? WHIR

I'm thinking of offering a deal to a guy who is VERY deep at RB. He owns MJD, Chris Johnson, Pierre Thomas and Ahmad Bradshaw. I was going to offer a deal for Pierre Thomas or Bradshaw, and was debating an offer of Ocho Cinco and Cedric Griffin to him for Pierre Thomas and Lance Moore. I know he really likes Griffin (for some reason) and wants a WR upgrade. I doubt he'll accept it but what do you think of the offer?
