not to turn this guy's thread into an all-out discussion, but i think hixon and smith each had around 550-600 yards last year. incredible? hardly, but its certainly better than anything the WR2's on the titans did. furthermore, kevin boss needs to be counted as an emerging receiving option as well, and should post some respectable TE numbers this year. there is, to some degree, competition for catches in NYG this year. yes, washington will eventually come back, but even when he does, gage is still going to be on the field for every snap.

and believe me, i am not arguing for gage to be a starter for your fantasy squad, but as a WR4/WR5, assuming he's healthy, he's usually good for some points, and makes a nice reliable fill-in who can generally be had in the last round or two of drafts (or in this case, the waiver wire).

and i completely agree, manningham and sinorice are both jokes, and tyree will probably not even make the 53 man roster.
