My league starts 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 IDP, 1 D/ST, and 1 Kicker 12 team league.
here's what I have
QB: Matt Schaub
RB: Michael Turner
Pierre Thomas
WR: Hines Ward
Calvin Johnson
TE: Tony Gonzalez
DP: Jon Beason
D/ST: Jets
K: Rob Bironas

Bench: Chad Pennington (last pick, had to have 2 QB's)
LenDale White
Jerricho Cotchery
Chris Wells
Alright....hit me with it. Is it as bad as I think? sigh

No that doesn't look too bad. Let's go position by position:
QB: Schaub is a good choce, just check out the situation with his left leg in the MNF game against the Vikings and make sure he is ok, or you may want to attempt to get a better backup
RB:Michael Turner is a great pick, while Thomas is unproven, too risky for me but a high ceiling for sure. Your backups are iffy, Beanie wells isn't gonna start prolly this whole year, but White was a good backup
WR: You have Calvin Johnson who is a true stud. Hines Ward is getting up there in years but you do have Jerricho Cotchery if he stinks too bad.
TE: Tony Gonzalez is a proven veteran no worries there.
IDP: Don't really look into defensive players, so I guess ummm...good? lol
D/ST: If you can upgrade without giving up much of anything you should do that just because the Jets have a tough schedule (New England 2x, Miami 2x...)
K: Best kicker arguably in the league

So not bad overall, hope this helps you
