Need Some Roster Advice

My current roster is listed in my signature. I am thinking about the following moves to shore up my QB position. Rice and Lee were garbage late-round picks where I had limited cash. I definitely need improvement on them. Is Schaub too risky to count on. He has played in 22 of the last 32 games the last 2 seasons and he's already dinged up.

What say you and why?
