The only one's i'm really digging on his team are maurice jones drew and greg jennings....what trade could i start out with, that he might bite....i really like moss though, so its gonna take a bit for me to give him away....or should i stay put.
His team: QB Kurt Warner WR Reggie Wayne WR Greg Jennings RB Maurice Jones-Drew RB Larry Johnson TE Kellen Winslow W/R/T Terrell Owens BN Marshawn Lynch BN Donald Driver BN Donald Brown BN Steve Breaston BN Shaun Hill K Ryan Longwell DEF Baltimore
My Team: QB Carson Palmer WR Randy Moss WR Marques Colston RB Brandon Jacobs RB Ryan Grant TE Jeremy Shockey W/R/T Eddie Royal BN Cedric Benson BN Beanie Wells BN Matt Schaub BN Michael Bush BN Earl Bennett K Kris Brown DEF New York (NYG - DEF)
I only live by 3 rules: Eat Twat, Smoke Pot, and Smile Alot
You have to get MJD to make a deal worth doing. The MJD+Wayne for Moss+Jacobs would be okay, maybe also MJD+Jennings for Moss+Grant. But without MJD involved, I don't think he can give you enough to make the trade worthwhile.

I agree here...Moss is looking for a big year and so is MJD, he must be part of the deal. MJD/Jennings for Moss/Grant seems even or like someone suggested earlier, deal Moss for MJD straight up.
I really like your team as it is. It is solid at all positions and I think you have a chance to win with the team you have. I personally would not trade moss away.
Jacobs' value isn't too high in my book. He might be the player that makes the trade go wrong. I'd go straight up if you can, in my league package deals rarely work because no one feels their getting value. MJD for Moss straight up is value.
