Dynasty Trade

I'm in a 10 team dynasty league and just had a little thought pop into my head about a trade. Another owner needs help at wr and he is pretty deep at rb. I'm pretty solid all around, but the more I see and hear of McCoy the more I like this kid. Philly has two good young wr's, a top o-line and he can learn the in's and out's from Westy this year and either take over next year or in 11'. Our league is standard scoring, 6pts all tds, 0.5 ppr. I was thinking of offering him C. Henry for McCoy. I know that he is high on Henry, he told me he took him in a draft in another league. What do you think? Should I offer more, less??

I like the deal from your side. I'm still not sure how much I buy the Henry hype, with 85 and Coles in tow. Seems about even (at least, they both go as late-round fliers in redrafts -- I'd think McCoy might go a little earlier if someone were starting a dynasty, but that's just a guess).

i think that you are going to have to give up a lot more than Henry for McCoy. In a dynasty league McCoy holds much more value.

Agreed you're going to have to give up more than Henry, but perhaps throw someone in on the LJ or Hixon level and take a lower player and see if you can make it work. I went to Pitt and saw Shady in person... he's a guy you want on your team. But I think you'll have to offer more...

If you can pull that off, by all means do it. I think you'll have to offer more than Henry in a Dynasty format.
