High School football season is hotel season for me. I'll be on the road at least six of the next ten weekends. I don't mind it, but I'd rather be at home with my wife in my tempurpedic than with some strange man on a crappy hotel mattress.

But yeah I live in Portland now, haven't lived in Eugene in....I guess it's been about 4 years now.

my job has me on the road more than I'm at home so yeah I've gotten use to staying the hotels...last I looked I had over 104 nights in Hilton properties so far this calendar year. And I'm on a two week trip to San Diego now, go to Norfolk the following week, southwest Missouri the next two weeks, Hawaii the following week......the list goes on!

Keep checking for those magazines under the mattress, but dang can't find any...LOL!

And yes I am biased to Marriott because working for them provides quite the little discount perk
