My draft is tomorrow and I have the 1st pick because my 2 keepers suck (and we did this league a little wrong, everyone lost their 1st and 2nd rounder). Anyway, I've got the 1st pick of the 3rd round and here are the players available (I took a WR and RB with my 2 keepers):
RB: Westbrook, LT, Steve Jackson, Chris Johnson, Clinton Portis, Pierre Thomas, Ronnie Brown WR: Randy Moss, Steve Smith, Roddy White, Dwayne Bowe, Marques Colston, Brandon Marshall
Who do you think I should take? Right now I'm leaning towards Randy Moss, and then I can get Thomas Jones possibly in Round 4 and then take Fred Jackson later (One of my keepers = Marshawn Lynch :( ; it was him or Joe Addai)...then in Week 4, I'd have Lynch and Jones...that's pretty good...
WR's tend to get a lot worse once you get past the 3rd round, so that's really why I feel like I should take a WR in the 3rd. What do you think?
QB: Brees, Rodgers, E. Manning RB: D. Mcf, Grant, L. Wash, R. Rice, D. Brown WR: Megatron, Driver, Hester, Ginn, N. Washington TE: Shiancoe, Fasano K: Elam D: Packers 12 teams, PPR league
LT has the most value of the bunch, I agree you will miss out on one of the elite receivers but I still think you should be able to get some good value at WR with your next pick. (Moreso than at RB)
