Aaron Rodgers Trade Value

Postby Mullethead » Wed Sep 02, 2009 5:37 am

I have drafted Aaron Rodgers and Donovan McNabb. I have another manager interested in Rodgers. What kind of value can Rodgers bring? He offered Westbrook and Jason Cambell, but I rejected that offer. Standard Yahoo PPR (.5 PPR) scoring. Thanks in advance.

I would have accepted that offer. You have McNabb. Westbrook is a STUD. McNabb is surrounded with great weapons and will be a nice QB1. You can dump Campbell after that he's got little value there or replace him with a #4 RB or WR. I'd go back and try to get that trade back with a minor adjustment (Campbell out someone else low value in or just Campbell out and then go shopping)

Help?

With only the information provided, I would have taken that trade also. It will help to show complete rosters and starting requirements in order to make an educated decision

I also would have taken that trade. Oddly enough I actually think Campbell will be useful this season too. If I'm not mistaken this is only his second year in the same offensive system and he looked really solid to me in their last pre season game, guy has a cannon.

After I rejected that offer he came back with Matt Ryan and Andre Johnson. I accepted as I needed a top WR more than another running back. In Ryan, I still have a good backup QB (McNabb is now my starter).

i was actually getting ready to post a similar problem. i have m.ryan and m. turner so i was looking to trade ryan and upgarde at qb so i figured i would have to give up ryan and one more. i have m. barber, r. grant, and m. turner as rb's and fitzgerald, c. johnson and l. moore as wr's. is it worth it to give up one of my top wr's or rb's and ryan to get rodgers or a p. rivers?
